… for the King Cobra of Tamiya. The cockpit has been painted a Tamiya black (fitting, no?). The colour I got a while ago on the infamous flea market. together with it some fitting blue as well, but to late for the base colour.

This was the first time I actually worked with one of the new airbrush since the compressor arrived. I took the one with the 3mm nozzle. Overall a quite satisfying experience, not at all comparable to the crude beginner model I used before. I can imagine doing quite some good work with it.
Maybe I’ll try out the airbrush with the 2mm nozzle on the drivers head, since I am not satisfied with the current pain tjob … I’ll see.

Were you able to vac-form the windscreen? I have a restoration project too and I need one.

personally I only “mastered” the windscreen I had, since I have no facilities for creating a copy. But if you try to contact the Dutch reader who received the master from me, he might be able to provide you with a copy.
